Key Responsibilities- Care Giver: Provide physical and emotional support to residents, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Medication Tech: Assist with medication administration, including reviewing service plans and documenting medication passes.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition, including skin, behavior, and dietary changes.
- Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly.
- Assist with continence management and maintain cleanliness of resident suites and community restrooms.
- Serve and collect food trays, and report refusal of meals or loss of appetite.
- Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
- Practice good standard care precautions of cleanliness, hygiene, and health.
- Help residents maintain independence and promote dignity and physical safety.
- Actively participate in and lead life skills and other life enrichment activities.
- Greet and assist all internal and external customers, guests, family members, residents, vendors, and team members.
- Perform resident laundry as assigned and needed.
- Med Tech certification required.
- High School diploma/GED.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- CPR Certification preferred.
- First Aid Certification preferred.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
