Key Duties:

  • Collaborates with management to devise and implement strategies for delivering exceptional, cost-effective services.
  • Demonstrates independent work ethic and leadership in pharmacy practice.
  • Maintains a keen attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Exhibits adaptability and effectiveness in a rapidly evolving organization.
  • Supervises pharmacy support staff, including task allocation and performance evaluation.
  • Delegates pharmacy tasks to interns or technicians within their defined roles.
  • Establishes and maintains required record-keeping systems and processes for the pharmacy.
  • Available for on-call duties as necessary.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Pharmacist in retail or long-term care settings.
  • Valid pharmacist license in California.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a specialty pharmacy.
  • Proactive and experienced pharmacist committed to enhancing patient care.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
