Job Description

We're seeking an administrative and marketing professional to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator.

You'll provide exceptional support to internal and external clients, leveraging your initiative, organization, and customer service skills to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to client teams
  • Coordinate client meetings, summarize discussions, and follow up on action items
  • Organize the distribution of client deliverables and perform other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Support the CEO and COO with business development, marketing materials, and client delivery

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of administrative or marketing experience in a professional environment
  • Proficient in advanced functions, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, time management, proofreading, and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service attitude with the ability to deal with diverse personality types

Bonus Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Business, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or a related field
  • Professional services or Management Consulting experience
