Trauma Neuro Charge Nurse Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Trauma Neuro Charge Nurse to join our team at HCA Florida Blake Hospital. As a leader in the field, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in your unit.
In this role, you will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of your unit's patients. You will also instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions, maintain and review patients' records, administer medications in accordance with physician orders, and provide leadership to your nursing team during your designated shift.
To be successful in this position, you must possess a strong background in acute care nursing, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a minimum of 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting, with ACLS certification within 6 months of hire or transfer.
