Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and documenting medical histories.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct resident intakes, track medical records, and maintain accurate documentation.

- Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN or in a related role.
