About the Role

As a Busser at Hard Rock International, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our restaurants. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Clearing and resetting tables to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Sweeping and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant floor.
  • Emptying trash cans and recycling bins to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Stocking ice and products to ensure that our bars and restaurants are well-stocked.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area to ensure efficient operations.
  • Pre-bussing tables to prepare for the next service.
  • Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers, and other bussers to ensure seamless service.
  • In some cafes, removing ketchups, refilling guests' drinks, and setting up bar pre-mixes.

This role requires a high level of organization, attention-to-detail, and a sense of urgency to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to move throughout the restaurant and cafes during visits.
