About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Server Assistant/Busser to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team.

We are looking for someone with a passion for serving our guests and a commitment to excellence. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, and we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contributions and importance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Food Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
  • Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.
  • Perform side work, polish silverware, refill condiment containers, and crumb tables.
  • Have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
  • Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred.
  • General knowledge of food and drink menu.
  • TIPS and ServSafe certifications required.
  • Work authorization in the United States.
