Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified individual with a SPID License, a valid CDL, and a Hazmat Endorsement to take on a supervisory role overseeing a fumigation team. This position involves direct reporting to the Branch Manager and is crucial for the effective tent fumigation of both residential and commercial properties. Candidates must possess the necessary licensing and have relevant experience in the structural fumigation sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct daily meetings with the crew to outline the day's tasks.

2. Collaborate with the team to ensure all assigned duties are completed efficiently.

3. Provide regular updates and report on job status and requirements to the branch manager.

4. Ensure that the fumigation team adheres to state regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and The Pest Group's safety protocols and operational procedures.

5. Oversee that the team meets daily production targets safely.

6. Address customer concerns by actively listening, documenting issues, and resolving them, involving branch management when necessary.

7. Assist in the recruitment of team members for fumigation operations.

8. Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and submitted punctually to the office team.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $28.00 per hour
