Job Title: SPID Fumigation License

At The PEST Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SPID Licensee to join our team as a Fumigation Supervisor. This is a supervisory role that requires a strong background in structural fumigation and leadership skills to manage a fumigation crew.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a fumigation crew to complete assigned work for the day, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  2. Provide regular updates to the Branch Manager on job progress and any issues that may arise.
  3. Ensure all team members follow State and manufacturer's guidelines, as well as The Pest Group's safety standards and operating procedures.
  4. Manage customer complaints by listening, documenting, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  5. Assist with recruiting and training new team members.
  6. Maintain accurate records and submit paperwork on time to the office team.

Requirements:

  • SPID Licensee with a CDL and Hazmat Endorsement.
  • Experience in structural fumigation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
