Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with current HVAC units.

  • Adhere to company and industry safety protocols.
  • Clean, adjust, and repair systems, including warranty services.

  • Comply with appliance regulations and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Document all findings during troubleshooting, repairs, or maintenance of HVAC equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold, depending on the season.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, or climb ladders for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to work in confined spaces for prolonged durations.
