Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team at AutoZone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide WOW Customer Service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and loss prevention procedures.
  • Restock merchandise, maintain store appearance, and ensure merchandising standards are met.
  • Utilize ZNET to assist customers with locating merchandise or finding suitable alternatives.
  • Maintain product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone systems and information sources.
  • Diagnose automobile problems and recommend solutions using OBDII and other tools.
  • Communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts.
