Job Summary:

Volt is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance employees and monitor workflow in our Brisbane, CA facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing employee schedules, providing training, and conducting evaluations. You will also be responsible for purchasing parts, supplies, tools, and machinery, as well as conducting periodic inspections and audits of facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance employees and monitor workflow
• Manage employee schedules, provide training, and conduct evaluations
• Purchase parts, supplies, tools, and machinery
• Conduct periodic inspections and audits of facilities and equipment

Requirements:
• 3 years of experience working in a maintenance facility with vehicles or industrial equipment
• Experience supervising a team
• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with DOT Out-of-Service Criteria and compliance audits
• Valid license
