IT Director

At Info Image, we are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology team and oversee the implementation and maintenance of our organization's technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's business objectives.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, including recruiting, training, and coaching employees.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, network systems, and desktops.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our data, network access, and backup systems.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to ensure our organization remains competitive and innovative.
• Identify and implement strategic solutions to problematic areas.
• Develop and manage the IT department's budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Provide reporting on IT operations and performance metrics to executive and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to IT.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong technical skills, with experience in Windows and VMWare environments.
• Experience in managing complex IT projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience implementing security measures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to IT.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or MCSE.
• Experience in cloud computing and migration.
• Experience in managing enterprise-level applications, such as ERP or CRM systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
