About the Role:

PCB Piezotronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Global Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global sales and marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles in a high-tech industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through sales and marketing efforts.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Ability to develop and manage sales and marketing budgets and forecasts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or MS degree in a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles in a high-tech industry.
