Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Select Specialty Hospital. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic Imaging: Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, explain the process, and properly position them to capture accurate images.
  • Equipment Operation: Correctly operate radiographic, fluoroscopic, and CT equipment to produce high-quality images.
  • Patient Care: Treat patients with respect and dignity, and provide a positive experience throughout the imaging process.
  • Quality Control: Identify and report equipment malfunctions, and maintain accurate records of patient exams.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with floor staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or a related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Current state license as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) and ARRT or CMRT certification required.
  • Experience: At least three years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with a strong background in diagnostic imaging and patient care.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
