Product Development Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sundries Assistant to join our Product Development team at Rose International. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of all activities necessary to produce manufacture-ready products.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of GTM calendar activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Create and manage sundry S-codes and link colors in the PLM system.
- Proficiently navigate Miro to upload sundry photos and details, maintaining accurate information for designers.
- Open packages, distribute, and correspond with designers.
- Follow up on pending sundry submits and approval comments with designers.
- Maintain sundry briefs updates and organization in digital and hard copy formats.
- Track sundry development status in Excel and advise the cross-functional team on late or pending submits.
- Create and maintain sundry cost track files in Excel.
- Organize current seasonal submits in boxes and binders for easy retrieval.
- Manage suppliers' catalogs and previous season sundry in cabinets and mini sundry libraries.
- Maintain and manage data in various systems, including PLM, to ensure integrity and accuracy.
- Navigate and help maintain the physical sundry library.
- Support Sundries Developers and Production team in other activities.
- Bachelor's degree or combination of college education and related work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with large datasets.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Basic sundry knowledge, especially related to Tops.
- Garment production and/or product development experience preferred.
- Dynamic analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities with proven systems knowledge and expertise.
- Strong relational and organizational skills, with the ability to work with multiple departments and personalities.
- Takes initiative and accountability for their work, with the ability to work independently.
- Expert knowledge of PLM, Miro, and MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrates the ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
- Experienced in working in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment with multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
- Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities.
- Demonstrates an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion for Client.
