Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee surveying activities, including quality control of survey documents, project planning, and budget management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular project updates and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of project management and leadership experience, with a strong background in surveying and geospatial technologies.
  • Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with excellent communication, diplomacy, and listening skills.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Land Surveyor in New York, or equivalent experience.
