Job Overview
We are a dynamic real estate company, Michael Development, seeking an experienced and dedicated Leasing Agent. This is a full-time position with approximately 36 hours of work per week, including weekends. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, and maintaining market awareness.

Estimated Salary: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour, plus commissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leasing apartments and following up with potential clients.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to ensure high resident satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of lease applications, credit verifications, and background checks.
  • Performing general administrative duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in leasing or sales.
  • Exceptional closing skills, demonstrated through previous leasing or sales performance.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
