Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals in the Danbury, Connecticut area.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities with a focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories to ensure accurate care planning.
  • Administer and verify medications, tracking use and effects while maintaining strict adherence to protocols and guidelines.
  • Cultivate a safe and comfortable environment for residents by promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion.
  • Assist with resident intakes, phlebotomy procedures, and IV set-ups as needed to support the delivery of comprehensive care services.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and charts to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals.
Compensation Package:

Requirements:
  • Current Connecticut state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), demonstrating expertise and commitment to the profession.
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program, showcasing academic achievement and professional development.
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent, highlighting basic education and foundational knowledge.
  • At least 6 months of experience as an LPN or similar role, illustrating practical skills and real-world application.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, ensuring physical capacity and safety in the workplace.
