Distribution Center Logistics Specialist

The Distribution Center Driver is a critical role within Luke Retail, responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of store products to our locations. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Management: Assist in sorting and organizing inbound product, maintaining inventory levels, and providing weekly product orders to management.
- Delivery Operations: Sort and fill store product orders, stock trucks for delivery, and ensure accurate loading and unloading of products.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, sweep floors daily, and ensure both warehouses are locked and alarms are set before leaving.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained, reporting any issues to management.
- General Duties: Assist with general cleanup of office grounds, remove snow and salt sidewalks as needed, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, and kneel for long periods.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The Distribution Center Driver is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. This role is a non-exempt, hourly position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
