Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Process orders and deliver product or service details to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and cultivate leads.
  • Achieve or surpass performance metrics related to call management, customer satisfaction, and sales outcomes.
  • Stay updated on company offerings to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
