Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Catheterization Laboratory Technician to fill a contract position in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain cath lab equipment and supplies to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and other interventional procedures, providing critical support to ensure patient safety.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and communicate any changes to the medical team, ensuring prompt attention to patient needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- ARRT or RCIS certification, demonstrating expertise in medical imaging and catheterization procedures.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting, with a strong understanding of cath lab procedures and equipment.
- BLS and ACLS certification, ensuring proficiency in life-saving techniques.
- Strong knowledge of cath lab procedures and equipment, with a focus on patient care and safety.
