Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Logistics Coordinator to join our team at ACERTUS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement and storage of vehicles throughout the logistics process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Move and park vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and inventory management
  • Interact with members of the Operations Team, Clients, and Vendors
  • Perform a variety of duties including receiving and releasing vehicles, running vehicles to and from Repair/Maintenance shops, and staging vehicles for pickup
  • Take photos of vehicles at client's request and patrol area to maintain security and prevent theft
Requirements
  • Must be 23 years of age
  • Candidates over the age of 65 are subject to an additional review process for insurance purposes
  • Candidates over the age of 65 must provide a letter of insurability from their personal physician for insurance purposes
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License
  • Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Previous Automobile Dealership Porter experience preferred
