Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Epic Government. As a Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and administrative support in an outpatient clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and record physiological measurements for patients
  • Orient new patients to the clinic environment
  • Assist with patient check-ins, admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Provide individualized patient teaching on preventative healthcare and health maintenance
  • Prepare and position patients for diagnostic testing, examinations, and treatments
  • Administer medications in accordance with scope of practice and training
  • Recognize and respond to emergencies and perform basic life support measures
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in an outpatient clinical setting within the last 2 years
  • LPN/LVN licensure in any U.S. state or territory
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Graduate from an accredited vocational nursing program
  • Computer competency in Microsoft Office applications
