The primary focus of the Coach is to work closely with Circle Leaders and Allies, while also providing ongoing support to the chapter's Resource Teams. The Coach will oversee the progress of Circle Leaders and their Allies and facilitate weekly Circles meetings.

- Facilitate conflict resolution as necessary within matched Circles.
- Regularly attend and lead meetings with the Jobs & Education and Services Resource Teams.
- Maintain consistent communication with the Community, Big View, Jobs & Education, Services, and Recruitment Teams.
- Keep accurate records and prepare required reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Circles Utah Valley Coordinator or Community Action Services to ensure the success of the Circles program.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated capability to take initiative and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in MS Office software, with a willingness to learn new software applications quickly.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Bi-lingual candidates, particularly Spanish-speaking, are preferred but not required.
