Job Overview

Catapult Health is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Traveling Medical Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional healthcare services at client sites, utilizing excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct health evaluations at client sites, utilizing medical equipment and supplies.
  • Engage with patients in a professional and positive manner, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the checkup process.
  • Assist in the setup and takedown of clinic equipment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Determine and respond to any patient needs for immediate healthcare attention.
  • Manage multiple patient stations, meeting or exceeding Catapult Health's expectations for time spent per patient.
  • Enter patient information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Facilitate video consultations between patients and Catapult Nurse Practitioners.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English), required.
  • Strong customer service interaction skills, essential.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare/clinical setting, preferred.
  • Ability to travel overnight from Sunday through Thursday, each week.
  • Ability to work 5 clinic shifts per week (Monday-Saturday).
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from events within a 100-mile radius.
  • Valid state driver's license, clear driving history, and age 21 or older, due to insurability requirements.
