Compensation: The salary for this role is based on experience, with a range of $74,500 - $110,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing chemical solutions according to established specifications
  • Creating and reviewing production and customer documentation
  • Supporting other departments with packaging, labeling, and shipping tasks
  • Utilizing both bench-top analytical tools and advanced analytical instruments
  • Leading process improvement initiatives and managing validation processes
  • Addressing technical inquiries from customers
  • Developing and delivering technical presentations and webinars
  • Updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documenting non-conformities
  • Training team members on manufacturing and analytical verification processes
  • Ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance standards for all products and data
  • Promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
  • Working with various instrumentation, including but not limited to:
    • ISE-Probes, titrations, Hg analyzers, IC, LC, GC, GC/MS, LC/MS, ICP-MS, and ICP-OES
    • Expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, validation writing, and method development for these instruments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental laboratory work, analytical testing, or related fields
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP or Great Plains is a plus
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Skilled in problem definition, data collection, fact establishment, and corrective action implementation
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 17025, 17034, 17043, TNI standards, EPA regulations, and Standard Methods is advantageous
