About the Role

As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in collecting blood donations from volunteer donors. Requirements

To be successful as a Phlebotomist with the American Red Cross, you will need:

  • An associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a public setting
  • A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • The ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights up and down ramps and stairs
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
