Job Summary

As a Milieu Coordinator at Eating Recovery Center, you will play a vital role in delivering hands-on treatment, group therapy sessions, and support to patients in our centers. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your education and gain experience in a therapist-in-training role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate curriculum-based therapeutic groups to support patient recovery
  • Provide milieu support, de-escalation, and behavior coaching to patients in IP/Res and PHP programs
  • Document groups, meals, patient check-ins, and observations to ensure accurate patient care

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a mental health field required
  • 6 months of behavioral health experience required
  • Understanding of de-escalation techniques and ACT/DBT skills training
  • Knowledge and application of Trauma Informed Care
