Milieu Coordinator

As a Milieu Coordinator at Eating Recovery Center, you will play a vital role in delivering hands-on treatment, group therapy sessions, and support to patients in our centers. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your education and gain experience in a therapist-in-training role.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate curriculum-based therapeutic groups to support patient recovery
- Provide milieu support, de-escalation, and behavior coaching to patients in IP/Res and PHP programs
- Document groups, meals, patient check-ins, and observations to ensure accurate patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a mental health field required
- 6 months of behavioral health experience required
- Understanding of de-escalation techniques and ACT/DBT skills training
- Knowledge and application of Trauma Informed Care
