Key Responsibilities- Assist with planning and instruction in all areas of the educational program
- Establish a safe and structured environment for children to thrive
- Manage individual children and groups in the event of a crisis
- Coordinate with treatment leaders, teachers, and therapists regarding therapeutic and milieu planning
- Keep up-to-date records of children's progress and attendance
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Education
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience with residential/milieu programming or serving children with psychological disabilities
- Current Driver's License and ability to obtain Colorado Driver's License within 30 days
Intermountain Healthcare offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous salary range of $19.50 - $27.42 per hour, depending on experience.
