Job Summary:

The Hudson Headwaters Health Network is seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a professional and compassionate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or medical provider.
  • Collaborate with staff to develop strategies for improving quality of care and patient experience.
  • Utilize data to meet care coordination needs across settings.
  • Provide direct and indirect care that is safe, ethical, and patient-centered.
  • Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection control policies.

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted current LPN license to practice nursing in New York State.
  • Minimum of 1-year clinical experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Network.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and electronic medical records.

Benefits:

The pay rate for this position is $28.00/hour.
