Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, minimizing waste and optimizing productivity.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • Professional Development: Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions, to enhance skills and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • License: Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance, and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances.
  • Schedule: Flexible and variable hours (no weekends).
