Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team at Jefferson House. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident or patient

Qualifications
  • Current RN license in the state of Connecticut
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate approach to older adults with a focus on dignity and respect
  • New graduates will require one year of experience to become competent, with an evaluation at 6 months to assess progress
