We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Center Assistant Director to join our team at Mathnasium of Severna Park. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting the Center Director in overseeing the daily operations of the center, ensuring the educational progress of our students, and managing the learning plans for current students.
Key Responsibilities:- Retention: Assist in client satisfaction to help with the retention of our existing enrolled families.
- Education: Assist in overseeing and ensuring the educational progress of our enrolled students, and manage learning plans for current students.
- Management: Assist managing and training all center staff, ensuring best practices are being utilized.
- Community Partner: Help build the relationship with the community through events both inside the center and within the community.
- Hours: Full-time position. Shifts include hours 5 days a week, Monday through Thursday between 11am & 8pm, and Friday and Saturday between 9:30am-3:30pm.
- Possession of a college degree (or degree-seeking candidate) required.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Learning center experience is preferred.
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities.
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I (Pre-calculus and Calculus knowledge a plus).
- Proficiency in computer skills.
