Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support the company's immediate and long-range objectives.
  • Oversight of patient eligibility, planning, and supervision of total home health care services.
  • Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Enhance the profitability of the agency and provide motivation and retention of a qualified staff.
  • Ensure the quality of services delivered and act as a liaison with management staff and other departments.
Operational Metrics:
  • Drive productivity, VBP, SVP, ACH, claims alert, late EMS, unverified services, orders audit, and agency financial statements to ensure company goals are met.
  • Follow up, address issues, and implement action plans as needed to meet goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong clinical background and leadership skills.
