Tephra Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Operations Expert to join our team as an ERP Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will lead advisory and assessment services to customers for Sales & marketing processes.

You will be responsible for designing business capability maps and business architecture for manufacturing industries, configuring SAP S/4HANA for sales processes, and providing architecture for Sales & marketing and Integrated Applications.

Able to engage in product evaluation of Sales & marketing solutions and prepare roadmaps for business transformation with dependencies. You will also be responsible for leading design thinking workshops on topics related to process management and architecture.
