About the Role:
At Ace Hardware, we're seeking a Customer Service Associate who can deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain a high level of productivity, and contribute to the success of our team. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues promptly
    • Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle returns and exchanges
    • Restock shelves, maintain store appearance, and retrieve carts as needed
    • Use Ace's S.A.L.E.S process to enhance customer engagement and drive sales
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support business objectives


Requirements:
  • • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking efficiently and adapting to changing situations
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
    • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems
