Job Summary:We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in the comfort of their own homes, providing skilled nursing care and support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and home health aides, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- One year of experience as an LPN, preferably in home healthcare.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
