Your expertise will be utilized to conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide outpatient psychotherapy services. You will collaborate with patient care teams to monitor patient functioning and inform treatment planning, while engaging patient's social supports as appropriate to improve functioning.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive evaluations/assessments and diagnoses to inform treatment planning.
- Create and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and provider teams.
- Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy services to patients.
- Collaborate with patient care teams to monitor patient functioning and inform treatment planning.
- Engage patient's social supports as appropriate to improve functioning.
- Coordinate treatment with other providers and community agencies as needed.
- Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling required.
- Master's degree in social work required, with a Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required upon hire.
- 2+ years' experience in patient treatment in a clinical setting preferred.
- BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 days.
- Formal Training/Certification in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 days required.
