POSITION SUMMARY

We have an immediate opening for a Fire and Security Systems Technician who meets the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the maintenance and installation of Burglar and Fire Alarm systems.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Silent Knight, Notifier, DMP, and Bosch.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work with urgency.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Security, Fire Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control Systems, showcasing both functional and technical expertise.
  • Experience in the installation and/or servicing of Security, Fire Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors, conveying technical concepts and resolving issues.
  • Accurate record-keeping of all work performed and materials utilized, along with clear communication regarding any issues identified with alarm systems.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently while maintaining a sense of urgency.
  • A commitment to customer satisfaction and a professional representation of the company.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Thorough understanding of systems and adherence to best safety practices.
  • Consistent and punctual attendance.
  • A positive attitude towards accepting assignments.
  • A valid Fire/Life Safety Card.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
