  • Ensure garbage cans and cigarette urns are regularly emptied and replaced.
  • Keep grounds free of trash and debris, including smoking and dumpster areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, adhering to Cedar Fair standards, when interacting with guests or working with subordinates.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work areas, complying with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements, and report any unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
  • Meet scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods, to meet business needs.
  • Meet Cedar Fair's attendance requirements, as outlined in attendance policies.
  • Adhere to Cedar Fair's Rules of Conduct, including specific costuming and grooming standards, as outlined in Employee Guidelines and other park/division-specific policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Kings Dominion Associate Housing associates must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service when interacting with associates and coworkers.
  • Ability to assist in defining and directing problems or issues, and have a thorough knowledge of the company.
  • Ability to demonstrate basic computer and typing skills.
  • Ability to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to speak in front of groups.
  • Ability to utilize problem-solving skills, including working in a fast-paced, service-focused culture.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong time management, planning, and organizational skills to optimize productivity.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
Requirements
