About the Role

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical support and expertise to our customers in the field of Prosthetic Urology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support and guidance to customers on the use of our Prosthetic Urology products
  • Attend cases in customer accounts and advise physicians on clinical attributes and techniques associated with our products
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of our products through presentations and demonstrations
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions
  • Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to our procedural device operation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or Nursing Degree
  • Outside sales experience preferred
  • Patient care experience preferred (medical technician, medical assistant, nurse, nurse assistant, physical or occupational therapist or assistant, assisted living care provider)
