Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care as a Certified Nurse Aide. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, evaluating outcomes, and consulting with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign measurement and personal hygiene assistance.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust nursing care processes as necessary.
- Consult with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- No prior hospital or long-term care experience is required, but preferred.
