Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner at Abode Care Partners, you will play a vital role in examining and treating chronic illnesses, ordering diagnostics, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. We prioritize quality medical care for seniors, people with complex conditions, special needs, and individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, while increasing quality of life and safeguarding dignity.
Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based medical care to seniors and individuals with complex needs.
- Examine and treat chronic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other health issues.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary.
- Active state Nurse Practitioners license.
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
- Active state DEA licensure.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
