Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry a patient panel of a minimum of 1500 patients.
  • Participate in a flexible 4-day workweek with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to provide patient-centered care and coordinate care coordination.
  • Work with patients and staff from diverse racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, requiring cultural competence.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a pediatrician.
  • Current MA medical and prescribing license.
  • DEA certification.
  • Understanding of ambulatory family practice health care program administration and clinical operations.
  • Ability to apply for and obtain privileges at affiliated hospitals.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
