PRN Speech Language Pathologist Home Health Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a PRN Home Health professional. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients in their homes.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments to identify treatment needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver direct therapy services, including articulation therapy, language therapy, fluency therapy, voice therapy, and swallowing therapy.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans and optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Licensure: Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Florida.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospital, rehab, or skilled nursing facility required.
  • Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care.
