Job Title: Port Safeguarding Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Port Safeguarding Coordinator to join our team at Norton Lilly. This role involves coordinating safeguard and transportation-related tasks, working closely with multiple agencies, and ensuring the safe and secure operation of transportation services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating vessel operations, including boarding and checking in passengers.
  • Managing vendor relationships and procurement processes for outside services.
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation for vessel arrivals and departures.
  • Providing on-call support for personnel and crew members in assigned port locations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Valid security license required.
  • Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC) highly preferred.

This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong customer service skills. The coordinator must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs and have reliable transportation.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year],
