Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team at Northwest Processing. As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will be responsible for managing loans from application to post-close, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lock rates and send out disclosures to clients
  • Request and gather necessary paperwork for underwriting
  • Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth closing process
  • Submit files to underwriting and quickly clear conditions
  • Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system
Requirements
  • Experience in loan processing is a must
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly
