Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and execution of a robust HSE Management System across the project.
2. Ensure effective communication and compliance of the HSE system with client requirements and applicable laws.
3. Collaborate with clients on HSE issues, fostering positive relationships with project teams and stakeholders.

Essential Functions:
• Supervise and assess HSE personnel and other professionals involved in the project.
• Promote excellence in quality and performance throughout the organization.
• Assist in formulating and implementing Environmental Plans for Project Offices.
• Support the creation and execution of the Worksite Management Plan, ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental Systems during construction.
• Oversee the administration and application of HSE System Documents, ensuring effective project document management.
• Aid in drafting HSE management plans, including Environmental Protection Plans (EPPs), Safety Management Plans (SMPs), and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) prior to project initiation.
• Establish quality compliance objectives and service standards, ensuring targets are met across all HSE functions.
• Coordinate activities to fulfill HSE standards, developing technical procedures and specifications for material procurement.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to define HSE requirements and set measurable goals.
• Evaluate supplier product/service specifications to ensure compliance with legal and customer standards.
• Analyze nonconformities and deviations, implementing corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Liaise with Project Teams, Clients, Regulatory Bodies, Consultants/Subcontractors, and Suppliers to ensure the proper functioning of the HSE management system.
• Provide training and resources to empower others in meeting HSE requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for project personnel.
• Monitor Customer Satisfaction Surveys and analyze results.
• Support the development of an Annual Report on Waste Management and Waste Reduction Strategies.
• Participate in briefings and training sessions at various levels on HSE-related subjects.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing large civil infrastructure projects is essential.
