About the Role

Rising Star Behavior Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as an ABA Therapist. In this role, you will work closely with our Clinical Director to oversee a team of behavior technicians and provide Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, working closely with the Clinical Director to ensure effective and efficient care.
  • Provide ABA therapy in clients' homes, using a tailored curriculum created by the BCBA.
  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians to ensure they are providing high-quality care and support.
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make informed decisions about treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field (preferred).
  • BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with children, preferably those with autism or disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • High energy and ability to build strong relationships with clients and families.
